Percussion Education is very important to me. My high school program had one band director who was a brass specialist. We would see outside percussion staff for band camp every year and for a few choice weekend camps during competition season. Apart from those instances, the percussion section was primarily self-sufficient, leaving us to learn concepts on our own. The biggest factor in keeping us ahead of the curve was custom percussion arranging. Having this allowed us to develop vocabulary and technique at a much quicker pace, perform well in marching band competitions, and allow us the opportunity to study percussion at the collegiate level. 

Custom arranging is something I believe EVERY high school program should have! To make this more accessible, I want to offer FREE exercise packets for both drumline and front ensemble, as well as a cadence for drumline.
